1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • The product is defective or leaking

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Products returned after 7 days

  • Change of mind or personal preference


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide:

    • Order details

    • Clear photos of the product

  3. Our team will review and approve the request

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.


4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect


5. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement product if available.


6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side

  • In case of damaged or wrong product, we will cover the shipping cost
